Caroline was our family’s night doula for our son’s first ~3 months, and I would highly recommend her and 100% work with her again. This was my first baby and first time hiring a caregiver. As a first-time mom who had an unplanned emergency c-section, I don’t know how we’d get through this newborn phase without Caroline’s ongoing support. It can be nerve-wrecking hiring someone you don’t know to help take care of your new baby, but Caroline is so special and took away so much stress, that I would do it all over again! Caroline is experienced with babies, children & new mothers, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, punctual, trustworthy, gentle, and genuinely cares. Every morning, Caroline would update me about how the baby did that night and provide a log of wake-ups, feeding times & amounts, and diapers.
She ensured all bottles and my pumping tools were cleaned and sanitized before she left, and did the baby’s laundry & organizing. She’d also provided suggestions to me as needed or when I’d ask questions, including when I was having some trouble with breast pumping. Im grateful for her knowledge! My baby was always well taken care of, his needs met, and cozy! This was all extremely helpful to me because it took such weight off my shoulders & allowed me to rest and recover.

Caroline is very kind and personable, and I truly enjoyed getting to know her. My husband and I were always happy to see her. My baby loves her and always smiles & wants to talk with her when she’s here.

Caroline was a dream to work with. Her work ethic made it clear that this was more than just a job or another shift. She genuinely cared about the families she worked with. She has a very warm, gentle, and kind demeanor that put me at ease every time she arrived to take care of the baby for the night. She came with a wealth of knowledge, communicated clearly and taught myself and my husband a lot like how to make sure baby sleeps comfortably at night using her swaddle techniques, helped us transition from co-sleeping to baby successfully sleeping in her bassinet every night and made introducing a bottle while still breastfeeding an easy experience. As a first-time mom, I was always nervous when trying something new, but she made me feel held throughout and helped me gain confidence in things I thought would be challenging. Caroline’s support was a game changer and I noticed a big difference in how much better I was able to show up to care for my baby the next day because I was well rested and knew my baby was in good hands for the night.
